A private bedtime story podcast, just for your family
A podcast app can follow any private RSS feed by its link, so a feed of your own narrated stories turns any phone or smart speaker into a bedtime story player. Every Tucktale series has one: each new episode appears in the app on its own, read aloud and ready for the night.

Step by step
- Set up a series. In ChatGPT, ask Tucktale to set up a bedtime series.
- Copy the feed link. Open the series card or your listening page and copy the podcast feed link.
- Follow it by link. In your podcast app, add a show by its URL (Apple Podcasts: Library, then Follow a Show by URL; other apps call it Add by RSS feed).
- Ask for episodes. Each night's episode appears in the app once its narration is ready.
Where to play your bedtime stories
The same episode plays everywhere; pick what suits your bedtime.
| Listening page | Podcast app | |
|---|---|---|
| Needs | A browser | A podcast app that takes feed links |
| New episodes | On the page | Appear on their own |
| Older episodes | All of them | All of them |
The feed is private: it isn't listed in podcast directories, and only people with the link can follow it.
Use it in ChatGPT
Tucktale Bedtime Stories is a ChatGPT plugin for parents and caregivers. Ask: “Set up a Tucktale bedtime series about my daughter's stuffed rabbit, Biscuit.” Then each night: “Tonight's Tucktale episode.”

Questions
Is the feed public?
No. It is marked so directories don't list it, and its address is a long random link. If it gets shared too widely, ask ChatGPT for a new listening link: the old feed stops working.
Can grandparents listen too?
Yes: share the listening link or the feed link with them.
